How long have you been in business?
Whistles cleaning services has been providing individuals with their end of tenancy property cleaning, Shared accommodation cleaning and builders cleans for the past 3 years, however i hold over 10 years experience in property maintenance and cleaning.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All equipment is supplied by myself we provide a stress free service for our clients so they are able to relax knowing all is taken care of within their homes.
We are a fully licensed upper tier waste carrier and disposal company, adhering to regulations set by the England and Wales Enviroment Agency.
All works are also covered by public liability insurance to the amount of £2,000,000
What do you love most about your job?
Being a independent individual in business i find the satisfaction of the cleaning something i enjoy as well as the many clients i get to meet.
I have clients that i have worked solely with for many years with their property maintenance and servicing, this is something i love about the work i do. .
What inspired you to start your own business?
Often larger companies forget the customer service aspect of the job.
So i decided i would start my own business providing high end services and standards whilst giving a person service to my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide a personal property service with tenants, agents and home owners alike.
I believe my personal approach to my clients and their needs allows me to ensure that the best service is provided, with attention to detail my highest priority and costs kept and a standard one off cost based on the size of the property regardless to the amount of time it takes.
Deep Clean 2 Bed Property
This service is a set cost of £225.00 this includes oven cleaning and the inside of any white goods.
But is exempt from carpet cleaning .
Deep Clean 3 Bed Property
This service is a set cost of £275 this includes oven cleaning and the inside of any white goods.
But is exempt from carpet cleaning
Carpet Cleaning
Carpet cleaning is priced at £50 per level with an additional £25 for stairs.
This means a standard 1st floor and Ground floor property carpet clean will be charged at £150.
Deep Clean 1 Bed Property
This service is a set cost of £175 this includes oven cleaning and the inside of any white goods.
But is exempt from carpet cleaning
Deep Clean 4 Bed Property
This service is a set cost of £325 this includes oven cleaning and the inside of any white goods.
