I love food and food design almost as much as I love photography.

I have always been passionate about food and worked in a number of hotel kitchens in South Africa. I really enjoy been surrounded by creative chefs, delicious local produce and attending food markets and festivals.

I write "The Fine Foodie" food column for Hertfordshire Life Magazine as well as a number of other online and local newspapers and magazines.

I have been lucky enough to have photographed some famous Michelin star chefs and their magnificent creations. I write food blogs for restaurants and food related companies. I now write my own blog about the gastronomic adventures experienced in and around Hertfordshire. Every opportunity I get, you will find me in a kitchen either cooking or photographing food.

I work on location and offer a flexible and affordable approach to a broad range of food photography projects.
