Westwood cleaning & repairing

A lad (I believe was called either Michael or James) from Westwood Cleaning & Repairing, Tel 07551 023593, was in my area knocking on doors seeking business to clean driveways.
Unfortunately I fell victim to his sales promises and stupidly paid £300 cash only to be left with a wet drive which when dry proved to be only partly clean with gaps between the paving joints where the jet had washed out both moss and sand.
Like an idiot I took his word that my drive would 'look like new' and that his work was fully guaranteed as stated @ http://www.westwoodcleaningandrepairing.co.uk/, however when I telephoned, text and sent a picture of the problem my concerns were completely ignored. More...
