As a service user who has a mild learning difficulty the support that I receive from ILN East is absolutely fantastic and my life has totally changed with their support because I am now more confident in: using public transport, am much better with my finances and checking my bank accounts online etc. I have a lot more confidence in myself now and am able to do a lot more for myself now.
