Exhibited lower back pain prior too meeting John. He examined me and diagnosed my injury very effectively. By performing release and muscle activation in conjunction with massaging the area of pain. I acknowledged less pain as the time went on. John was very effective and proffesional and I would recommend him to anyone. i recently went to jay with a very bad back i could barely walk into the clinic, i suggested he use needles on me, he assured he would have me moving again after a few sessions without needles or heat. He only got one thing wrong he had me moving before i left the clinic by just using exercises ,he was amazing. I CAN RECOMMEND HIM TO YOU POOR UNFORTUNATES WITH BACK PROBLEMS More...

Excellent therapist... Very thorough.. Spent time looking for the root of the problem... And in my case that was difficult as I have a serious illness. .
