My dog decided to eat a whole big thing of fudge, so fo course we had to have her go to emergency care. This was the most professional and nice emergency care I have been to. They were very friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. They took good care of my puppy despite her throwing up. Would highly recommend if one is in need for a back up vet care. More...

If you are looking for a groomer, I highly recommend Cynthia. After an unfortunate tragedy at another groomer, I was terrified to take my new dog Apple to one, to the point where even the thought of it would put me in a panic. Cynthia was recommended to me through my vet, and I am so glad. She took time to talk with me about my previous experience, and put me at ease. Today was the second time my dog was groomed here, and it was the first time I felt completely safe that my dog was in good hands. The Hospital is amazing, organized, spacious and very clean - and the Staff is very helpful and friendly! Visited them for the first time in December due to my Frenchie's little back problem - they were very attentive and helped us out! Went back a couple months later to update his vaccines and one more time today, when I needed some help with a Airline form. Every time they don't hesitate in answering all my questions via phone or email and help me out. Already referred them to a couple friends and will definitely be back again! More...

I’ve taken 2 of my cats to establish care in a really long search for a family vet. We’ve come away relieved that our search is finally over! My cats were at ease the entire time even during the exam, lab work, & procedures. Dr. Gardener & her team (Ali & Meghan) are kind of amazing & genuinely caring. Dr. Gardner took her time to address all of my concerns & not once did I feel taken advantage of (in the up-sell sense). My fur babies were comfortable with her too. The prices are fair & reasonable. And they have an in house health maintenance plan that is a great bargain that includes an annual dental cleaning. This is a lovely new facility and it’s very clean. They have a separate side for cats & one for dogs which I believe contributed to the calm response from my cats. At 2 years old, my yellow lab, Lucky, began to have seizures. About twice a month, she would have an episode in which she would shake uncontrollably for a few minutes. This went on for a good 15 months until Dr. Gardner got involved. She studied Lucky as an individual dog and catered to her specific needs. She began acupuncture to help with her seizures and to help calm her down. Lucky is very active, anxious and excitable. Dr. Gardner also changed the protein in her food. She began frequently administering acupuncture then gradually decreased sessions. I immediately saw results. Lucky completely stopped having seizures! She is still a very active dog, as she should be with her hunting pedigree, but she is now healthy and happy. Today, at 4 years old, Lucky is seizure free and no longer needs acupuncture sessions. I could not be happier with Dr. Gardner and her success with Lucky! More...

Dr. Gardner is the most compassionate vet we have ever had. She has a true gift with animals and treats your pet as they are her own. She took excellent care of our dog throughout the time we had her. She was extremely helpful when our dog became sick, helped us through the decision process of what is best for our dog, Chami, and was so compassionate when we had to put her down. We had a great experience at West Denver Veterinary Hospital and Wellness! The staff was so attentive and had great communication with myself and our dog.
Their body language was relaxed and positive so their patient could have the best experience.
We were given a lot of time with the veterinarian to make sure all our questions were answered. Dr. Gardner was amazing with our dog and treated him so special!
It feels great to know your loved animal is in trusting and loving hands!

Usually not a big person that does reviews but I have to do a shout out to such a fantastic vet!! My fur buddy Hobbes and I were traveling in the area for our every few months getaway up here. Being from Phoenix and knowing a few friends up here I was pointed in this direction when my dogs paw started to bother him. I couldn't see anything really wrong myself and hoped I could get some answers. Low and behold he had a broken toenail that was hindering him. The staff was so amazing and helpful, Dr Gardner, was very passionate and helpful to his injury. She gave him the best care and even the staff followed up with me the remainder of my trip to check in. She checked on us daily and made sure Hobbes was feeling well. Whenever I'm in the area again and something happens I know where I am coming! From feeling welcomed to the few follow-ups I highly, highly, highly suggest West Denver Vet Hospital and Wellness to any pet owner. Cheers! More...
