We moved house on Friday and booked Westcoast to under take our removals. From the very beginning of contacting Nick I’ve been so impressed with the company. We had a great amount of boxes delivered along with huge rolls of bubble wrap,tissue paper and tape and when we needed a few more boxes they were delivered promptly.I felt so sorry for the team on moving day as our old house was over many floors and we were moving to a town house and we had some very heavy would oak furniture.Nick and his team made the whole move look completely absolutely effortless. We were amazed with how quickly our house was packed into the vans and again how quickly it was placed in the new house.Nothing was too much trouble which included for the team and everything came in as we had packed it.We had a problem when we got to our new house and that was our big wardrobes wouldn’t fit up the second stair case. The team tried tirelessly to find a solution to get them upstairs but it wasn’t meant to be. A few days later the team returned to move the Wardrobes back downstairs for us. All the moving boxes have also been collected which is a great service.Nothing has been too much trouble for them and the whole move between houses was stress free. Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we did I would definitely use Westcoast again and will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is moving.Thanks again Nick and your team you’ve been absolutely fantastic and really helped us. We are moving to Keynsham from the USA and Westcoast removals did an excellent job helping us unload a cargo container that had transported all our goods from across the pond. We had three hours to complete the unloading to avoid additional charges from the shipping company, Nick and his team did it in two. Nick assisted in our house move last August. He was professional throughout the day, problem-solving on the spot and working collaboratively with the team of removals people. When our sofa would not fit through the front door of our new home, Nick offered to store it in his storage facility. He kept it for us until we were able to sell it (some eight weeks later). He was flexible and co-operative when it came to showing our sofa to potential purchasers, and was just generally pleasant to deal with. We would definitely use WestCoast Removals again. More...

Nick is a star. He's helped us organise our move, supplied all the boxes and tape, arranged the date...and then... The goal posts moved. We couldn't move on the date arranged, thanks to our mortgage company and we had to reschedule. To a date that Nick was already booked out on!
