I have been employed with this company about four months in now. Starting from the recruiting stand point, my recruiter, Charlyn Tango, reached out to me and we started the conversation about the job and expectation, which I agreed to move forward. She's a great recruiter and was always responsive both via email and phone calls. Despite of whether getting hired or not, this attention towards a candidate is very well appreciated. She is willing to provide tons of tips and preparation prior to the interviews and will remind you such a day before.From the payroll stand point, they do weekly payments and so far they have been on-time, no delays despite having holidays in between. Sam Sharma, the recruiter I work with at West Valley, is one of the best recruiters I've ever had. He made starting my new job a very good experience because of his responsiveness and always knowing what was going on in the recruitment flow as I was brought aboard. West Valley itself seems to run a fairly tight ship, so the worker knows what's happening -- my experience thus far.
