After contacting a few different bookkeepers to see what their process was for updating my company books using Quickbooks online, I just didn't have a good feeling about anyone I spoke with. Then, I found West Ridge Accounting. Samantha picked up the phone herself and insisted we meet in person to go over my individual scenario. I felt much more comfortable meeting up with an expert in my own community rather than giving access to my account to someone I never met.

Samantha got me going on Quickbooks right away and really helped me understand my business financials. She really works hard to understand your business so she can use her background to make suggestions about how to improve your process so you can get the most out of your revenue. This is the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Sam and her team are amazing and gave me the best tax experience I have ever had. She made the process very easy to understand and convenient around my time. I dropped off and signed in my documents one morning, and met with her later the same day. The whole process took less than twenty minutes and she filed two different states for me. She was also very helpful in letting me know what moving expenses I could write off as well.
