What do you love most about your job?
Supporting people in the community and allowing them to stay in their own home for as long as possible. We support our clients to live a rewarding and fulfilling life in their own home as they get older.
What inspired you to start your own business?
West Park Care was born following a frustrating and difficult experience to organise home care for a loved one. Sorting through the various different care options with the belief that home care was the best option it was clear that the process was stressful and confusing. West Park Care was therefore created with a commitment to support our clients through every step of the care cycle and provide bespoke person centred care
Why should our clients choose you?
West Park Care employs only full time staff and no zero hour staff so we invest heavily in training and can guarantee the same staff will visit you on a regular basis, allowing you to build a relationship with . our care expert. We pride ourselves on offering outstanding care and we back this up using a bespoke software system that reports any issues or concerns directly to management.
