West Midlands Car Detailing

I recently took delivery of a brand new Mercedes convertible. I decided to get the car detailed and contacted a handful of companies. The the first thing you realise is the difference between valeting and detailing. So many people advertise themselves as detailers but really just provide a valet service. Its the difference between Nandos and fine dinning - both serve food but a totally different attentions to detail and quality. Vincent is the real deal!! I was immediately impressed with the answers Vincent gave me over the phone which prompted me to book a slot. He had my car for a week and when returned to collect the car, (even under cloudy skies) I was simply blown away!!! I've had so many new cars through the years but never seen anything quite like it - hence why it costs more than a standard valet. The depth of colour and shine is just ridiculous and jaw dropping. Vincent explained the options fully, then showed great care over the work he did and they way he handled the vehicle. We were kept fully informed throughout the process.Despite the vehicle requiring more work than originally expected, Vincent did not increase the price going above and beyond in a number of areas.When we collected the vehicle, the colour shine and intensity was a real surprise, well worth the money! Had my 20 year old jaguar XJ8 detailed at this company. Wanted to freshen up the paintwork and get rid of some minor surface marks and old ingrained polish. I recently dropped off my M140i with Vincent after noticing excessive acid rain damage to the paintwork.Vincent did an excellent job with his paint correction work followed by Gtechniq Ceramic Coating Crystal Serum Light Exo v2, Gtechniq Alloy Wheel Treatment and Gtechniq Clear Vision Glass Treatment. Vince performed the impossible with my car. It had lots of scratches all over it even though it was a relatively new vehicle due to work it does have a hard life as it is a working vehicle that spends time off road and doesn't get pampered. It now looks so much better, even when it was brand new straight from the dealer it didn't look this good. Absolutely amazing paint correction on my VW Scirocco!! I phoned Vince for a chat about the poor condition of the paint on my car, he talked me through all the options available to me and explained the benefits of each. We decided that a 2 stage machine polish and wax would be best for my car. From start to finish the whole experience was incredibly professional and personalised and I could tell that I was dealing with someone who shares a love for cars like myself. I am very very picky about who I will let work on my car and the one thing I liked was that everything was explained throughly to me, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending West Midlands Car Detailing to anyone who wants a professional service and amazing finish. I arrived the next day to collect my car and cannot praise the work that has been done enough, the effort that has been put in is unreal! My car is black and had bad swirling and had previously been polished to a very poor standard by a main dealer, it now looks like a mirror! I would 110% recommend West Midlands Car Detailing to anyone looking to enhance the look of their pride and joy. I dropped my car off to Vincent at West Midlands car detailing in a state! The paint work on my car was heavily swirled and very flat after 2 years of cheap car washes, not to mention a thick layer of road salt and general road grime from the recent bad weather. He took the car in for a single stage gloss detail and went above and beyond with what was delivered! The car is rebel green but when I handed the car to Vincent the paint was so dull it looked black. The transformation on the paint is amazing such a high level of gloss has been achived, and you can now see the car for it’s true colour it’s far better than a factory finish and I will definitely be returning to West Midlands car detailing in the future. Took delivery of a brand new Audi RS5 in October 2017 and was researching a ceramic coating for the car in December. The car looked very good when clean but I felt it was hard work to get to this level of finish. Spoke with Vincent in December and I asked his advice. The car has now had a full treatment inside and out including the wheels as Vincent advised and I also took delivery of new cleaning equipment when I collected the car.Cleaning the car is so much easier now and the after the wash stage using the appropriate cloths the car's finish is like it was when Vincent completed the treatment - STUNNING and very simple and quick to achieve........Effortless !My only regret was not to have this done from the day it was delivered. Just before Christmas I decided to get my GTR spoiler fitted and treat the beast to a full detail. I went to West Midlands car detailing to see Vince and got- 2 stage enhancement detail Stage 1 ceramic coating- 12 months protection Wheel protection Interior protection Glass protection Interior deep clean As a bonus the shocks and callipers were protected Its now late Jan and I haven’t washed it yet because I don’t need too. The quality of work carried out is amazing and the dirt and rain just roll off the car. The carbon blade was quite badly sun bleached and Vince managed to sort it, to look more than acceptable. Used these guys recently to do my 3 year old M4 which I'm in the process of changing it's not been looked after very well kids trampling around in it etc after Vince and his team had done there work it looks like it did the day I picked it up from the showroom brand new, and the very same garage are now offering me £750 more as a part ex than they did last week before Vince and his guys went to town on it can't thank you enough highly highly recommend.
