I’ve been a personal trainer and health coach for 5 years, mainly specialising in fat loss and body transformations.

I was always interested in sport, playing rugby since I was 11, but my real fitness journey started around 7 years ago.

Chris is an amazing instructor. It is in his nature to encourage and motivate. He is a dedicated professional and has respect for his clients and his profession.

I started working with Chris during lockdown in 2020 as I needed some motivation to get moving again for my physical and mental health. Chris took the time to understand my needs and quickly created a plan to put to action. His super friendly and professional approach kept me motivated, and his knowledge on anatomy and form is the best I've come across - I've learnt so much! I've used several personal trainers over the years and can confidently say Chris is the best I've had. He tried out different exercise approaches to find what worked for me, which ended up being a mix of boxing, weights and running. I'm so excited to carry on along this journey and build a healthy, functional relationship with exercise again, and hit some PB's!! Thanks Chris! More...

Chris has been my PT for around 10 months now and I couldn't reccomend him highly enough. With his help I dropped my body fat massively and gained alot more muscle in the process. Has given me so much more confidence in the gym aswell.
It's great working with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about what they're doing. �

Chris has been a big help in giving me the confidence to start going to the gym and working on my diet in a way that is productive and safe, as I have arthritis in my hip meaning exercise can be difficult. He is probably the kindest and most approachable PT you will find! Already seeing results and cannot wait for my Love Island abs to start appearing. More...

Chris has been my PT for just shy of three months, although I have been working with Chris on weight loss a little longer through the gym's Pure Lifestyle programme. My time with Chris, working on his programme, has been amazing. I have managed to lose around 3 stone since joining the gym in August, which has been in no small part down to Chris and his encouragement. He tailors everything to your ability, pushes you when you need that push, and ensures you get the most out of every workout you do. I have now managed to get into a proper routine, that has embedded within it daily exercise and a better relationship with food. Chris embodies the mentality that a gym is for everybody and every body! If you're looking to shed some weight after Christmas, or live our your yearly-made New Years resolution of 'being healthier and happier', I cannot recommend this man enough! More...

Chris is an absolutely amazing personal trainer and is truly dedicated to helping me and my fitness goals! All of my programmes are designed around YOUR lifestyle and needs and are designed to work within your life to reduce stress rather than increase it!

This is a tough question but the true answer is a mix of motivation, discipline, knowledge, consistency and a lot of hard work! I can help with the first four things but you’ll have to supply the hard work!

I have had some great successes and my favourite part of this job is getting to know an amazing selection of people and helping them all to achieve life changing results they never thought possible!

I have always been interested in sport, playing rugby since I was 11, but my real fitness journey started around 7 years ago. At the end of my first year of being let loose at uni, I found myself unhappy with my body and how overweight and unfit I was. I decided that something needed to change and so began my weight loss and fitness journey! By the time I had finished uni I had lost almost 20kg and I had become well and truly obsessed with the gym and good food.

After seeing firsthand just how much working on my health and fitness had improved my life, I was determined to help others do the same and decided to become a Personal Trainer!

I have the passion, knowledge and experience within the field of health and fitness to effectively help you reach your goals. If you’re willing to put the hard work in and want to make sure that hard work pays off, then I can translate that energy into the results you want and deserve!

Yes! During all of the lockdowns I coached all of my clients remotely, taking them through workouts and nutrition plans via zoom and Skype as well as providing the day to day support as standard.

If training in person all government guidelines will be adhered to including social distancing, sterilising equipment and wearing PPE.
