I completely recommend the service Wes provides. He provided reassurance that he would help me find the cause of a water leak; he arrived in good time to deal with the matter and did a thorough job and indeed rectified the problem; he provided sound advice about a pipe noise that was occurring when the water shut off and was able to rectify the problem. Wes came to my rescue on bank holiday Sunday. Water was pouring through my kitchen ceiling from the bathroom which is overdue for refurbishment. I was panicking but he came straight from Bedford and was with me in no time. He showed us how to turn off the water from outside, found the problem to be a copper pipe full of holes under the bath and replaced the pipe. It was much more involved than that but you get the gist. He worked so hard in very hot weather and in a very confined space but kept cheerful. I would also give Wes more than 5 stars. The previous owners of our house left a radiator hanging from the window sill with a cable tie so Wes rehang it. Even though the job involved draining the radiator, he left the house spotless, he seemed to have it finished in no time and I was very comfortable having him in the house.
