We contacted Rhys in Jan '17. He came along to our house the same day. He gave us great advice on size of wood burner, relocating our old surround and constructing the fake chimney breast. So happy with my Charnwood burner. Rhys did a great job and explained everything really clearly. He was thorough with his survey and only recommended the best quality materials and solutions. I did get a second quote and did my research so I know he was spot on with his estimate and despite him telling me he might not be the cheapest (because he only uses top quality materials) he was actually very competitive. Excellent experience throughout our project. Rhys was knowledgeable in relation to different stoves when we were starting out, and communicated with us professionally and promptly at all times. We are delighted with our wood burner, which was ordered and fitted at a competitive price.
