When designing their workouts and fitness plans, I take into account their current level of fitness, injuries and limitations, as well as exercise preferences and dislikes. I believe exercising has to be fun yet challenging and most important aspect is to keep my clients motivated and to give them close support along the way.

I am available for my clients, should they have any questions, doubts or need additional motivation to keep going even on days when they don't see me for a training session.

Getting your dream body is the result of a balanced way of living. All you need is a good mixture of exercising and nutrition. I will provide you with the tools&skills needed to create your dream body ! Together we can make it happen ! ;)

Exercise is my escape. It's my go to feel good that I can't seem to find in anything else. I love sharing this experience with my clients and helping them find enjoyment in exercising. If there is one thing more fulfilling to me than reaching a personal goal, it's helping someone else reach one of their own. Most importantly, I enjoy seeing my clients grow over time, overcoming obstacles, making progress and being capable of doing things they would have never dreamed of. Personal Training is not just about fitness and exercising, it is a life changing experience!
