I help clients who haven't achieved their full potential and would like help to find direction in their lives.
I help clients who have negative thoughts and feelings and suffer from depression and/or anxiety using cognitive behavioural therapy. This method helps clients to change their negative cycles and develop better and help them learn and change their negative patterns.
For clients who would have suffered abuse in childhood, together we will work to overcome your feelings of abandonment and help you gain the strength and life tools to move forward to lead a fulfilled life.
