I was looking for a way of improving my Fitness and after a few half hearted efforts of my own, I got Kate on board to help. It was amazing how I was then able to really discover the energy, enthusiasm with such a wonderful array of different approaches. I would definitely recommend the quality & enthusiasm of the Wellness Inspired Personal Training, which really was designed to meet my requirements. The nutritional input also made a big difference, and whilst I’d had my reservations, I was pleasantly surprised to find online just as good as face to face. The use of Apps and wearable tech to gather data also made it less work than I expected to achieve a really holistic Fitness & well-being Program; so motivating to rediscover my focus thanks to gaining a bit of clarity from the confusion. Kate is unfailingly cheerful, positive and energetic. She has come up with a varied and interesting plan to help me work on fitness and strength - and I can feel it working! The exercise sessions are at a challenging but achievable level, and done in a fun way that makes it enjoyable. Getting the right blend of improvements to Strength, Flexibility and Aerobic fitness for an individual is a lot about getting to know them, appreciating their goals or sometimes lack of them, and still framing sessions in the context of their situation. Clients appreciate knowing they just need to follow a few simple instructions in sessions to find their Fitness and wellbeing improve and ultimately reach their goals or their goals become clear as they arrive at those goals, or the next ones time and again.

There is more to life than the ultimate body, but feeling good in your own skin through achieving improvements to your health and wellbeing is about consistency of workouts, sleep and of course good nutrition. Getting these fundamentals right will help a lot. A dream body, depends on the dream and the level of commitment or perhaps dysfunction. Wellness Inspired is about enjoyment and satisfaction with progress as it arrives, but this is not necessarily just physical outcomes, but also those that relate to a broader wellbeing and positive mental outlook in general and in relation to issues such as aging and feeling vital, and maintaning good mental and physical energy levels.

I was made pretty despondent at times by sitting in an Office and longed for lunch-breaks to go and run or swim, just to make the desk job bearable. Naturally a fidget and keen on Sports and keeping Fit. I'd also vowed after suffering Glandular Fever badly as a student, that I would never take my health and Fitness forgranted. It wasn't until 2016 that I finally decided to take the plunge though, after the struggle to juggle home and work became too great and since, I couldn't really believe I hadn't done it sooner.

I work on Zoom most of the time, and use my Apple Studio and Nikon Z6 II to Livestream. We also encourage* Clients to use an Apple Watch wear possible as this is what we consider the Gold Standard in wearable technology and seriously helps upgrade feedback, safety and accountability for Clients.
*Other wearables may also be excellent, but we are most familiar with the Apple Watch.

Online came about because of COVID-19. If I meet any Clients face to face now there is still a lot of antibacterial cleaning and equipment that is regularly renewed.

Services

One to One Fitness online.
Initial Fitness consulation followed by six week bundle and 6 hour long sessions.
Strength, Flexibility and Aerobic Fitness all being incorporated in Total Body workouts, however scope for designing around the individual and making one workout a week predominantly conditioning and another predominantly power and aerobic boosting or similar exist.
Nutritional Advice and a Wellbeing Audit are part of the initial consultation.

For Business or Friends.
A more affordable way to access a plan and a great way to build a team.
Working in 6 week bundles and 45 minute sessions with a serious intent on manageable but suitably challenging Fitness that increase Fitness and energy levels.
Nutritional Advice and Wellbeing Audit are part of the initial assessment.
