I have trained with Tom for a few months now. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable in the gym environment. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge which is evident through his varied and personalised training plans.
He also focus on ‘smaller’ exercises based around strengthening joints in order to prevent injury. He has also encourages a healthy lifestyle and is aware that weight loss involves more than just exercise.
I have seen definite growth in my strength whilst training with Tom. I would highly recommend him as a PT.

Started with Tom in April and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Just after few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned.
My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been since I joined!
I did work with two PTs before but what differentiates Tom is that he takes time to build a strong rapport with his clients and understand what their goals are and based on that, he not only focuses on workout plan for physical health but he also puts lots of emphasis on adopting a overall healthy lifestyle and provides tools to follow good nutrition, good sleeping habits and so on.
I’d highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a PT!

Tom put so much time and effort to create a plan that would work for me & my lifestyle. He researched my medical conditions and my eating habits / weaknesses and was there at the other end of the phone whenever I needed him.
His support, encouragement and help has been incredible and I could not have done this without him. Im feeling so much more confident, healthier and happy with my body again. The changes he made to my diet were also brilliant as they allowed me to still snack, but he supplied me with snacks that would still satisfy my craving but were half the calories.

Iv been training with Tom for almost 4 months now and I can honestly say it’s the best decision Iv made. Prior to this I was training myself, following different online programmes and seeing different PTs however I wasn’t seeing results. I’m now losing weight consistently and more importantly starting to feel more confident in my own skin. I Joined Tom's personal training in September with low self esteem, not much confidence and feeling quite over weight, I then completed the 12 week challenge and I can honestly say I've never felt better. Since having Tom as my personal trainer I have gained so much more confidence and self motivation, fat loss and a lot more strength... I started with Tom a little over 2 years ago and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have made. I had got into a bit of a rut exercise wise and had put on weight that I wasn't happy with. I wanted to make a change and thought I needed a bit of a kick start; that's exactly what Tom did! Though I was a little nervous at first (I wasn't sure what to expect and gyms can be a bit intimidating...) Tom put me at ease straight away. Every week I was making progress and being encouraged and supported along the way. This sounds so clichéd but Tom really helped me make a lifestyle change with my outlook on food choices, health and exercise. 2 years on and I am still having my weekly session and can genuinely say that I enjoy it every week, though my legs might disagree on leg day... Sessions are catered to your fitness and ability and every time, you feel like you have had a real workout. You are kept on track by weekly weigh ins and lean body mass tracking and will be introduced to myfitnesspal where you can control your macros. I completed a 6 week training program with Tom. It was really fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. I lost 5% body fat and increased my lean mass to 91%. <br />The sessions were hard but enjoyable. Tom mixed it up so I never did the same work out. <br />I can definitely notice the difference with defined abs and toned arms and bum! I have been training with Tom for 5 weeks and have lost a stone already! I have a few more of them waiting to be burnt off too, but I can tell from this early stage that with Tom's support, I will definitely get there. <br /><br />In the past, a lack of knowledge on processed foods and careless overeating led me to try many ways of losing weight. I've tried Weight Watchers (unrealistic long-term), zero<span id="moreReview420968" class="hide"> carbs (no need!), only fruit and veg (yuck!)... etc! Of course, none of those worked for the simple reason that they are short-term solutions or didn't provide me with enough information to truly make lifestyle changes. For instance, on Weight Watchers I didn't need to check fat content, so could easily have regular McDonalds and other poor quality food as long as I ate less through the day... Sounds like a faddy diet and was so easy to slip into that rhythm for someone who gave into temptation easily. <br /><br />Tom was recommended to me by a family friend and having seen the fantastic results (dramatically different physique and more energy) I instantly got in touch. From the start, Tom has been fantastic. He's 100% supportive, whether that is with friendly encouragement in person, documents/emails containing advise on at home work outs or information on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Tom is also great with responding to any questions I may have. Whether you prefer emails, texts or twitter he will always get in touch shortly with thorough help - you're never left to struggle. <br /><br />For someone who never did exercise, loves ice cream, crisps and everything else naughty I can honestly say you will see great results with Tom. I actually look forward to my gym sessions now - which I never did when I went alone! You will learn how to fit in all of your favourite foods too. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Without good health you have nothing. I believe in getting clients healthy not only physically, but mentally because feeling good is just as important as looking good. When health is the priority, everything else falls into place.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work closely with every client to create a plan thats fits their lifestyle, job demands and preferences. Once that is in place, they have a plan they can stick to, allowing them not only to achieve results in the short term, but also long term.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is to create a nutrition plan and daily habit checklist thats realistic and sustainable. To be able to create consistency through creating realistic expectations is the secret, not magic fat burners or fad diets.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact i can have a positive impact on someone's life. To help them feel good about themselves and empower them, gives me a lot of job satisfaction and makes me happy. I really do believe i am very lucky to have the opportunity to be a personal trainer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own weight loss journey. Losing 3 stone when i was 18, i know how much it helped be, both mentally and physically, it changed my life. I wanted the opportunity to help other experience the same feelings of happiness and achievement i had, to make a difference in their life which is very rewarding for me.

Clients should choose me because most importantly i care.
