Best gym in London in my opinion. I’ve been a member going on 4years. They have indoor basketball, soccer and squash witch most gyms don’t Have. Awesome staff. Gym is always clean! There equipment are fairly new and the get fixed if broken in a reasonable time. It’s big and spacious with lots of individual rooms for different workouts! Basically I don’t get bored...lol More...

I signed up in Oct 2007 and it opened Feb 2008. Sure there have been a few hiccups now and then but overall it is a great gym with the biggest selection of equipment and such a large space, no waiting for machines or equipment,cardio theatre is the great and are always very friendly and helpful. staff members esp Front desk staff and Sarah is so great. l love them all. Rates dropped for a while but it brought many new people who were very destructive and damaged the place terribly and the place was vandalized terribly. Yes tge rates increased but is stoll half if wgat it orginally was and a very great bargain, the price of a couple of drinks covers your rate. I think you are quite whiney considering all tgey offer here. I have been working out I in gyms since my teens and am nearly 70 now and I know guns all over North America and this place is a bargain and an Excellent Gym do buck up butter cups and realize what you have here. This gym is huge and fantastic for everything you need. Please read my full review.- it has a cardio movie theatre so you can watch something on the huge screen while sweating your nuts off- it has many different rooms to workout in, with various machines/cables/dumbell areas. - it has a stretching room with stretching machines- it has a pool- the only downside is that they used to have a hot tub and it never came back once it closed.- it’s not 24.7 and the hours could be much better to cater to Everyone More...

Great gym overall!! Lots of space, LOTS! Decent pool as well, but no hot tub. They also have a cardio theatre which is incredible. You can watch a movie while on the treadmill or step climbers. Brilliant! Also have tanning beds and various classes you can sign for. More...

I love this gym, however I stress that floor fans should be placed in the main area for the really hot weather, I am one of the members who can't work out in that heat, or they will have a medical emergency to deal with.

I've been going to this gym since it was Golds Gym then World Gym and now Wellington Fitness.The staff and equipment have stayed the same and I'm very happy with how they treat and interact with patrons. It's rare the equipment is broken or in need of service.The cardio theater is a godsend, especially if you really don't want to be seen pouring sweat while running.The parking lot may look like the gym will be packed, but in reality there is so much room inside that you can easily get to the equipment you need even at the busiest times.I only wish they kept the side room open to the public which is now only for personal training (I get it though). And I wish they went back to the old 24/7 where they were only closed on Christmas and New Years day. All things considered, it's a great place to train. More...

Gym is great, class are FREE and quite a work out, if you didn't sweat you didn't put enough effort into it. The pool is large and great for swimming laps. Yes they do have some issue, people abuse the machines therefore they breakdown and some of them are too old to get parts for. There is a repairman who comes in on a regular basis he fixes what he can orders parts if they are available but these things do take time.Ronny was a lousy manager of the gym and did it a lot of harm, Shannon is now managing the gym and is trying very hard to undo all the damage that Ronny did(gym reputation). As for the hot tub it was part of the problem for the pool and since it has been put out of service permanently the pool has fewer breakdown. I miss the hot tub don't get me wrong but when a building is as old as this one and the property owner who is not the gym doesn't want to fixed or update their building the lease can only do so much.
