Thuy is an excellent instructor, she always teaches challenging classes. She is a fine judge of each person's condition and she tailors her classes accordingly.

I have 3 sessions per week with Thuy at her home. She is absolutely excellent! Extremely knowledgeable about Pilates, but also about the body and its complexities. I had a serious back issue for 7 years and gone through every procedure known with nothing giving me relief until I started Pilates with Thuy. I looked into other exercise places for individual instruction with specific emphasis on my back but they made me wary; never have I had this level of trust in an instructor. She understands my issues, listens with great care both to my words and to my body, and designs my sessions accordingly. I always come away from the sessions feeling stronger, taller, aligned, and rejuvenated. I've lost 5 lbs, found my core and have strengthened my back in ways I never could have imagined. I look forward to these sessions all week long.

Thuy is a fantastic Pilates trainer who is extremely dedicated to her craft. I highly recommend that anyone who suffers with any body aches should schedule a few sessions with Thuy. She’s truly a miracle worker!

· My husband and I have been enjoying Thuy's mat pilates class for several months now. She is a great teacher. She always has interesting new workouts to keep us from getting jaded. She understands our bodies so much better than we do, and teaches us to understand ourselves better- for instance, how working with our feet turned out works different muscles… than with our feet parallel. She is a master at adjusting the exercises for folks that need accommodation without taking anything away from the rest of the class. More...

Thuy introduced me to pilates while she was in the UAE. What I like about her classes is that she will modify the excerise to what best fits your fitness level. Even in a group setting she pays attention to each student and corrects the postures. After her class I would feel like I got a self massage and a good workout:)
I miss her classes and haven’t been able to find someone like her after she has moved from here.

I had taken floor classes with Thuy several years ago and really enjoyed them. More recently, I suffered a bout of vestibular neuritis, which left me with a slight, chronic vertigo. I needed help with building general strength and learning to compensate for my dizziness issues. I approached Thuy about joining a small group class designed to rotate participants through circuits on different machines/props. She was immediately receptive. I *loved* those sessions: the pace of the class was perfect; Thuy expertly monitored everyone and provided corrective feedback when appropriate; and the vibe was positive, fun, and supportive. Thuy kept an especially sharp eye on me as I worked my way through the exercises. She predicted when my balance issues might present a danger, and had appropriate modifications prepared. I will always be grateful that I had access to Thuy’s beautiful studio when I particularly needed it, and for her expert guidance through my rehab process. More...

I never liked working out or going to the gym, but I gained so much weight during my studies & heard Pippa Middleton had an amazing body cause she did pilates so I had to give it a go. I was so blessed to have found Thuy and did private sessions with her which were never boring & we always had great music on! After 2 years with doing just pilates with Thuy ( and getting really great advice from her concerning my health and diet) - I had lost up to 10 kg & gained so much confidence & actually love my body now! its so surprising what pilates, well in particular Thuy can do so thank you so much & cant wait to work out with you again More...

Thuy doesn’t just teach a class she educates on how your body works and how each position benefits each muscle and why, a testament to her knowledge of the body and her skill set in Pilates. After attending Thuy’s classes for four years, I have a greater understanding of how my body works and functions. Through her classes I learned how to apply these skills to every day life from improved posture to core stability and overall body strength. I was a pupil of Thuy’s for over four years. She introduced me to Pilates, made me body-aware and helped me with very old injuries (back and shoulder) that I believed I simply had to live with.
Thuy has a particular talent for describing a movement or exercise so that one knows exactly which muscles to turn on. I benefited from her attention regardless of the class size as she will make corrections if she notes that you are putting strain on your body by moving incorrectly.
In addition to helping me with exercise, Thuy has been a very willing and kind participant on my journey to wellness, helping me with diet and destressors too. Over the years she has become a great friend.
I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I can't say enough amazing things about Thuy and her work. In the past I had taken Pilates classes. I wasn't ever really "into it. " By way of introduction when I started with Thuy I had been sedentary for about a year and was in chronic pain. Once I started private lessons with Thuy I learned a lot about body mechanics, specifics about how my body works, fitness and Pilates. I'm now a Pilates convert and I am in a lot less pain. I even have "pain free" days now. I've done lots of different kinds of workouts and sports and Pilates with Thuy is doable for anyone, enjoyable, informative and one of the best investments in yourself, your body and your mind you can make. I started pilates training three years ago to help me with my knee problem. I have suffered from osteoarthritis in my right knee since I was young and this left me dealing with constant pain and swelling. I had private sessions with Thuy, who knew how to deal with my concerns and worked on strenghtening all the muscles necessary to improve my balance. My core and my legs are stronger than ever before. Travelling is much easier now, and I am able to walk ten hours a day and go up the stairs without the same problems I had before.

Thuy has been my mentor for 2 years while she was still based in the UAE. I started with 1 class per week but due to her diversity in offering from Pilates to Total Barre to Yogalates i quickly changed to 3 times weekly.

Her classes were very poplar and she gives everyone equal attention.
My favourite class was the Total Barre as it is so much fun and great for posture building.

From a selfish point of view, it is such a shame that she left the UAE and i wish her all the best and if you live nearby her place, sign-up and you will get hooked!
