I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with 12 years of experience. I specialise in quitting smoking, trauma, inner child work, stress in the workplace, and anxiety and stress. I am also a Reflexologist of nearly 30 years, Colour and Light Therapist and Flower Essence Practitioner with the ability to give Healing.
My aims and objectives are to work to high standards always and to consider my clients first. I pride myself in helping clients achieve their goals and targets by tailoring the sessions to their needs. I also have great listening skills and have a vast understanding of how the mind, body and spirit come together and so am usually able to get to the root cause of any situation.
I am insured with Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance through Howdens Insurance.
