I’m impressed by the service. When my cleaner fell ill and cancelled 10 minutes before she was due to arrive I was immediately set up with another cleaner who arrived an hour later and was even happy to stay 2 hours later to finish off everything I needed.
The cleaner is discreet and does exactly what I need every week. She’s very thorough and absolutely lovely too!

I used well polished for an end of Tennacy clean and was very happy with the service I received. Had a slight problem with a cleaner cancelling at the last minute but within an hour Claire had managed to get me another cleaner sorted and the property was clean to a very high standard. Claire was most accommodating, when I contacted her for a one off deep clean of my newly purchased property. Despite a few hiccups surrounding dates,cleaners available which was not entirely down to WP, I was finally able to welcome Cheville into my new home.
Cheville was splendid, and carried out her tasks, methodically and with gusto...she completed her jobs in the specified time and to a high standard.
I am considering using Cheville as a regular cleaner once I get settled.

I’ve recently used well polished and was really impressed. I’m in Smallwood sandbach, and it’s been hard finding a company that cover where I live in the countryside. They did a super job, the lady that cleaned for me was smart (uniformed) , professional and really friendly. She did a great “post Christmas clean”. I only paid £12.50 an hour and thought for the quality of her work, this was incredibly reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. More...
