This place is legit! Everything was delicious (and we ordered almost everything). Ribs were magnificent. Big and meaty, cooked beautifully. The pulled pork was delicious, especially with a little squirty squirt squirt of the vinegar sauce. The sliced brisket was moist and delicious, and the wings....good God almighty. We got the hot and honey and dude....so crispy. So good, glad we got them! The pulled pork nachos we're huge and loaded edge to edge....like we mean, every nacho had something on it... cheese, pork, bacon... whatever...there was no nacho left behind when it came to loading them up. The street corn was a nice and different addition to a BBQ menu and if you know me, you know I love my Mexican street corn. Not too soggy, just perfectly blended in a corn salad form. We hired Meat Wagon as a food truck at our wedding, and they did not disappoint!! Nick was wonderful from start to finish; he accommodated even the vegetarians of which we had many! I was at a dog rescue event for Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue at Levante Brewing last weekend and Meat Wagon BBQ was one of the food trucks. I don't eat meat, so I was VERY happy they had a mac 'n cheese option on their menu. It was very yummy! My husband had the pulled chicken sandwich and said it was excellent! My husband and I were blown away. It is the first bbq that didn't need sauce. The natural flavors of the meat with the bark is righteous. My only complaint is that I would have loved to have a spicy component that I could have paired with the acid from the Carolina vinegar bbq sauce. All in all. F ing amazing!! More...

What can I say about the wonderful staff and AMAZING food....tonight I had a beef and beer benefit for a friend with brain cancer. Working with Nick was the best experience of my life! Their sauces are so great, better than anything you'll find at the grocery store. Perfectly baked rolls makes handling these meaty sandwiches a breeze.
