Absolutely loved working with the House of Flooring.  We had them do a tile backsplash in our kitchen.  And it looks incredible.  They came to our house and offered some really great ideas on what tile & design we could use.  They got the measurements needed and offered us a quote that was very reasonable.  We scheduled the installer and he did a fantastic job.  He was quick, efficient and didn't damage our granite counter tops or wood floors.  We will use them again and highly recommend the House of Flooring! Marissa was very helpful in helping us decide on flooring options and scheduling the installers to come to our home. We are very satisfied with the customer service we received between the ladies in the office and the guys who worked on installing our floor. Everyone was very professional and friendly to our family. Our 3 boys enjoyed playing in their little nook in the store while my husband and I picked out flooring. Our boys even enjoyed watching the installers do great work while removing old flooring and installing the new one. We will definitely be back to see their carpet options in the future. More...

Marissa was great to work with when we redid our basement. She came with samples, paint colors and took a look at our whole house before making recommendations. She was also good at helping make sure everything "flowed" within our updated look. Installation went great and we are very happy with the final look. Purchased 400 sq foot of Shaw LVT from here and was I impressed! The customer service with Marcia was excellent the product was backordered but she kept us up to date on arrival and that was fantastic! Now when we’re going to spend that much we’re going to shop around and we did come to find out House of Flooring was a bit cheaper than those box stores! With better customer service,a ton more knowledge and better selection. If your looking for flooring do yourself a favor give the local business a shot, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed! House of Flooring has completed several projects in our home over the past few years. We have had backsplashes, LVP and carpet installed. Each time the sales personnel have been outstanding and installation was done on time by professional installers. The process has been seamless as the sales personal kept our budget and our needs in mind when recommending products. Suggestions were made to enhance the appearance of our home and help us to "step out of our comfort zone" to get a high end look we may not have done on our own. I'm very happy with the House of Flooring! They had quality product in inventory and were able to schedule installation very quickly as we had an icky water damage situation in a child's room. The installers were very professional and did a great job, and when they measured, they were happy to measure other spaces to keep on file for later jobs without a second visit. A great experience! Options were explained, accurately quoted, and price was better than we expected. We especially liked the itemized quote, which allowed us to "line item veto" any of the items that we were able to do ourselves (in this case, re-installing baseboards). I hired them to install about 5 rooms of luxury vinyl tile in my home. From the estimate to installation everything went very smooth. We found out days before that the tile I chose was discontinued and they worked very hard with me to keep the project on schedule with a comparable alternative.
