As a small business owner it can be difficult to know what is required for your website when "you don't know what you don't know! "I had a initial chat with Karen and she instantly put me at ease, answered all my questions and also explained, in detail, the process for taking back the ownership of my website domain. There were teething issues as there always is but Karen was quick to help resolve any problems that arose. I recommend Karen, especially as I am female business owner. I feel anything website related is a bit like going to a car mechanic and as soon as they see you are female then it can be an opportunity to overcharge. I contacted Karen through a friend’s recommendation as I needed help with my email marketing and home page SEO. Karen was very welcoming and easy to talk to. In our working together she quickly grasped what I wanted to achieve and also presented me with a bigger picture. Although my website was ranking high for several main keywords, I was struggling for months to figure out how to bring my home page to a higher ranking. When I first met Karen online, I was a complete novice and knew nothing about building a website for my coaching business. All I had was a vague idea in my head about I wanted it to look like but no clue where to start. I worked with Karen over 2 programmes (and look forward to some more): the first was a free challenge to build a landing page in an hour and the second was a paid coaching programme on how to build a WordPress website.
