Brilliant day packed with a variety of activities which are suitable for all levels of fitness. Knowledgeable and friendly instructors who push you beyond what you think you can achieve. Highly recommended!

A brilliant day! Well organised with varied workouts to suit all levels of ability. Knowledgeable trainer, ideal location with options for indoor and outdoor activities and a yummy lunch to refuel for the afternoon. Would highly recommend.
