use at your own risk. I’m located in San Diego (La Mesa) Ca and the service was concerning. I have a small 1200 sq feet townhouse (I expected them to clean 2 bedrooms out of 3) bringing it down to (1000 sq feet) removed all fixtures.
and placed everything in in garage with the expectation of dusting and deep cleaning, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen, I wanted the wood floors and furniture dusted. I’ve used the same maid services for years and usually my home is a 4 hour job in condition it was in (WITH OTHER COMPANIES), That would be 2 hours total and two maids. Never focused the stove, Both of them was in master bedroom for 2 hours (4hours). Remind you I placed all items on bed so they would not have to move anything in bedroom and bathroom. They requested more time and completed 1.5 bathrooms, stairs, and kitchen and floors in 1.5 (3 hours). Did not dust anything and performed a basic cleaning that you would do daily.
I requested and paid for a deep cleaning and they did not touch stove, lamps, dust under furniture ( was not expected to move furniture but just clean what was visual to the eyes). I have a bad back and they performed what I could have done on my own for $41 a hour. Did I mention I had to beg for a confirmation of service the night before? They arrived 41 minutes late. when they left the did not inform me and left door unlock with no bye or walk through. I was upstairs. She also snapped photos of my home upstairs before she left without permission and she did not speak English. They followed none of my instruction.

I have to say this agency is really good. I have used them two times. Â They sent me the same cleaners both times. These ladies do an amazing job. I tell them what I need done and it is completed. My place is super clean and smells great. They will even make your bed. Love it. Customer service is excellent if you need changes or have a problem. I have them coming out again next month. I totally recommend weekend mates! They saved my life pretty much I had just gotten out of the hospital and my house was upside down and disorganized there was no way I could do it myself I never like anyone cleaning my house I like things done and put away the way I like.  Veronica and Natalie came and cleaned house perfectly ! I would like to recommend weekend maids for your housecleaning needs. I have never had a problem with there service and they work around my time when I need to change last minute, they always remind you by text or call that your appointment is coming up. Rosa and her co-worker did an excellent job when I needed it! Weekend Maids did an amazing job on our home. We rent out our home when we are not in town and my usual cleaner was unable to clean that day. I had a quick turn around with guests checking out at 11am and more checking in at 4pm. I made arrangements with another cleaning company in Mission Valley a week before the service date. She told me verbally over the phone that we were good to go and not to worry about a thing! Long story short, they ended up cancelling on me the morning before service. This didn't leave much time to find an alternate cleaning service, especially since the cleaning was on a Sunday. Another cleaner referred me to Weekend Maids. Tia was so cheerful and nice over the phone. She heard my issue and was able to make arrangements to have two cleaners at my house the very next day. I felt instant relief! They gave me confirmation and I hoped for the best. On Sunday I had my normal cleaner swing by to check on the Weekend Maids and make sure things looked alright for the next guests. I must say, even my cleaner was impressed! We had Veronica and Maria and they did a wonderful job. The house was clean, beds were made, and special touches were extra icing on the cake. She remembers the specific requests I've shared and does a great job making our house look clean and welcoming. Weekend maids has wonderful customer service and great cleaners. One of the cleaners broke my shower head and I didn't notice (neither did she) for a few hours. Once I did I called in and grieved my problem, and I was assured I would have a manager call me back very soon. I was called promptly back and they took care of the damages. I've been using Weekend Maids for more than a year and could not be happier. I was so impressed with the job that Eva and Ricardo did the first time, I arranged to have them come every month. They are prompt, trustworthy, thorough and flexible. The customer service from the office is excellent. They confirm my cleaning days, are reachable by phone, text, and email, respond quickly and are accommodating to special requests. This month I had my RV thoroughly cleaned! We used Weekend Maids for the first time this past weekend. We had two cleaners arrive around 11:30 and they were done in 2 hours. They were super efficient and cleaned everything we asked them to and did a great job getting the nitty gritty out, especially in the bathroom which I hate to clean myself. The kitchen was sparkling when they left and they other rooms have never been so organized. My medicine cabinet was all organized as well as my dresser. I realize some people don't like their items touched but I am terrible with clutter and they really helped. Â I think this shows they go an extra step to make sure everything looks perfect. At the end, they made sure that everything was cleaned to our liking and it all looked good so we said our goodbyes. Â Compared to other cleaning services I found them to do a much better job and at a more affordable price than many others. Great review, so why not 5 stars? 2 reasons:1) We requested the AM slot about 2 weeks in advance and it isn't until 1-2 days before your requested service date that they call you with a time slot. Fortunately, our plans were flexible/tentative so when they called with an afternoon slot it was fine, however if we weren't flexible it is a bit frustrating that you don't find out until a day or two before you're expecting service that they might not be able to do the time slot you requested. I suppose you need to book further in advance to secure your slot. They also give you a one hour window which I guess is really two hours because my time was 12pm and they showed up at 11:30am. Was happy they were early but I assumed the 1 hour window meant between 12-1pm so just something good to know ahead of time. 2) The cleaners themselves were not the friendliest. While I assume it was probably mostly a language barrier, when I opened the door to let them in they didn't say anything so I asked shall I show you around? And they simply nodded and didn't really speak the whole time (for example when I left to walk the dog and let them know my husband would be home soon and not too worry if a random man shows up). However, it really isn't that important to me if they're friendly or not as long as they get the job done, which they did, but thought it was worth noting.
