Wow, I am not even sure where to start with our review! As soon as we knew we wanted a DIY / tipi wedding and after looking at dozens of venues online we came across this beautiful venue on google that could let us do exactly that. We then checked out their Facebook page too! The pictures looked incredible, such a beautiful location and such a wonderful venue. Pentrehobyn was the perfect venue for us to have our dream wedding. We both fell in love with the look and feel of the venue over pictures alone, but not being too naive we also wanted to have some sort of look around the place. We were took through a general run through of what most couples do on their day but they let us know they were very open to any creative ideas we had to make things a little different for our day It really put our minds at rest and we knew it was definitely the right place for us. The walled garden is private and hidden away and perfect to have your DIY wedding just the way you want. We were able to have free reign on the suppliers we used and could dress the venue to just what we wanted. The Coach House is a beautiful building to be married in - it was perfect that our whole wedding could be in one location. (We cannot wait to see and share with you the photos!) A HUGE thankyou to Tim firstly, nothing is a problem for Tim his calmness and positive attitude helps on the lead up to your big day. Tim helped out so much before the wedding letting us come on numerous occasions to measure up and take family around and the lead up before the day from doing the early (very early) coffee run to helping decorate the venue (and winding Rich up in between haha!). We are so grateful for the time you have given to help! Anne and Tina, again thankyou SO much, even in the short space of time we have had contact with you have both been great and helped made our day so special. It was an incredible feeling to know that we could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. We never had to keep track of time, Anne was there making sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you for being there on the day we are so appreciative that you did that!! The three of you have been amazing! Lots of people have asked us if we can do the day again and we really wish we could!! Its been perfect thank you so much for making our wedding unforgettable Sarah and Rich x More...

We held a fundraiser at Pentrehobyn in aid of North West Cancer Research last Saturday. Everyone who came thought it was a stunning venue. The staff, particularly Tim were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. They really worked hard to make our event a success. Thank you. More...

I booked Pentrehobyn Hall & Coach House for a 3 night gathering of family & friends. It is safe to say that it exceeded all of my expectations and I wouldn't hesistate to recommend staying here or choosing the estate as the setting for a special occasion! A big thank you to Rachel, Anne & Tina for all their help in answering our many questions and requests, before and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble - from the guided tour of the houses when we first arrived, through to making sure everything was set up to our needs (laying the dining room table for 20, setting out the garden furniture & barbeque, croquet set, table tennis etc). Being in the hall feels like being transported back in time, where it's easy to imagine yourself as the lady/lord of the manor. We enjoyed reading about the hall's history, admiring the wood carvings, original features / artwork and the magnificent lit fire, as well as exploring the house and grounds. All of the living areas are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. In fact we never felt like we were on top of each other, which says something about how much space there is! The coach house contrasts the traditional splendour of the main hall with more modern touches, equally comfortable spaces and a beautiful walled garden (perfect for a game of croquet!). We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to head back to reality! Thanks once again :) More...
