WOW WOW WOW from start to finish! Sooo delighted we booked Harlequin. They were the first item on our wedding planning list and was thrilled when they were available. Shane was a complete gentleman from start to finish and always so helpful. His interaction with us and the crowd was second to none. They played everything that we wanted and pulled off the performance of the day for us last Saturday and the dance floor was always full. We had Harlequin as our wedding band on the 12th of July in Kilronan Castle and they absolutely lifted the roof off the place! ! The most comments we got in the following days were where did ye find that band and they were phenomenal! The floor was filled all night long and they created the most epic atmosphere with the music and the lighting rig. Harlequin are Ireland’s best band; there is no doubt about it. If you want your guests and yourselves to have a memorable wedding then book these guys. My dance floor was full the entire night; they knew how to get the party started!! Shane became more then just playing at my band, he came that afternoon to help set up to ensure the day went smooth, he even took on extra roles such as letting off confetti cannon / introducing other entertainers. He came up to me over the course of the day asking if I needed anything done; this is what you call professionalism and working with a gentleman. Nothing was an issue for Shane; you could tell he took every little detail on board from our meetings and he was there to help us have the most perfect wedding. You won’t find a better band than Harlequin. We had them play at our wedding on New Years Eve a few years ago and people are still talking about them. AMAZING wedding band. Shane and the boys played our wedding and delivered everything they promised. Truly masters of their craft. Kept the dance floor full and everybody entertained. Ours was a destination wedding, we are from the US, and many of our guest said that Harlequin was one of the highlights of their trip. Two weeks on and I still can’t put into words how amazing Shane and the guys were when they played at our wedding! No review I write will do them justice! Our dance floor was full all night and our guests are raving about them ever since! Kilronan Castle was hopping the entire evening! You don’t book a wedding band with Harlequin; you book a show ! Hey there,I just want to say there are bands for events and then there is Harlequin who are just mind boggling in what they do to make an event memorable for everyone. These guys are amazing from the attention of detail they put into making a gig successful.I have had them for the past three years in Waterford for an annual Ball I organise on behalf of a club I am involved in.These guys are 3 Arena material and every year I cannot believe I am lucky enough to get them booked.I create the date of the Ball around these guys schedule as opposed to the other way around.They are Kool & Fantastic.Words escape me.Roll on February 2020 More...

Absolutely amazing from the start of the night to the finish (early in the morning!) at our wedding 4th March in The Broadhaven Bay Hotel ! We booked Harlequin after hearing them at my sister in laws wedding, never even checked any other band out we knew they were the best !! what can i say.....
They are everything you want in a band for your wedding.
They're a great band with skilled musicians.
The equipment used for sound, lighting and production of are a very high quality, this of course enhances the experience,
In communicating with with band through their representatives, Shane and evening during the event they listened to every detail and add it to your night, to make it even more special.
We had a great day at our wedding everything was fantastic then Harlequin came on and just pushed it over the top, All our guests loved them, we loved them.
They played our first dance I have to say it was better than the original, then the second song got the crowd moving, I can still here the horns in my ears, the sound quality was so good.
I really can't say praise them enough.
Make sure and book the lead man to Shane to DJ too and keep the night going.
My wife and I look forward to a showcase night so we can see them again.

Elaine and I had Harlequin as our wedding back in March this year and to be honest they were a key factor in our guests having such a great time. Harlequin was recommended to us by a friend and from our initial enquiry with Shane, we knew we were making the right decision.

Shane took us through every step of the day and was in regular contact with us with ideas on the songs we liked, the church music and the choice for our first dance. It was a really fun part of the process for us and meant we could relax in the knowledge that the music was going to be perfect on the day.

The fact that Harlequin could cater for every musical aspect of our wedding was a huge plus. We just had one point of contact and everything from the church to the pre-reception right through to the band performance; dj and singsong were taken care of.

The church music was fantastic and Shane’s voice and the acoustics in the church were first class. The music for the pre-reception in Dromoland really helped to get the guests relaxed and ready for the night ahead. We had piano music for the dinner and again it was the perfect fit for the venue and our wedding.

After the dinner and speeches, Shane really got the party going. Everything from the intro for our first dance was superb. The music throughout was excellent and exactly what we expected. The band’s interaction with our guests throughout the night was fantastic.

The common thread from all our guests after the wedding was Harlequin and how they really enjoyed the night. Elaine and I could not recommend Harlequin strongly enough to couple looking for a band for their wedding. Thanks again for making it such a great night for our guests and us.

Harlequin played our wedding in November 2016 and we can honestly say that they made our wedding day.

From the start, Shane was so professional and hands on. He was always on the other end of the phone no matter how small our query and was great with ideas and advice to really make sure we got the most out of the day. We felt like we were in such safe hands throughout.

From the moment they started we knew we were in for a fun, entertaining night. For our first dance the band did Tiny Dancer and Harlequin’s version is now our new favourite version! They really got the party going after that and the dance floor was packed all night. Shane’s voice was absolutely incredible and all the band members had such energy. We also loved the videos Shane took of our guests enjoying themselves on the dance floor as they performed - it’s great to have something like that to look back at.

We also had Shane as DJ after the band and he made sure to keep the party going into the early hours.

We have never seen a wedding band like Harlequin and we have such fantastic memories of the night. Our guests are still raving about Harlequin.

Willie and I would highly recommend Harlequin to any couple looking for a wedding band. Harlequin is the best band out there and you will truly have a night that you and your guests will never forget. Thanks again to Harlequin and Shane for such a great night. More...

Heard you playing my a cousins wedding lastnight in the new park hotel and definitely without a doubt, the best wedding band I've ever heard! From the start to finish! Brides/Grooms - booking Harlequin will be the BEST wedding decision you make!! Harlequin played our wedding in the K Club in March 2018 and they were just AMAZING! !!! A band at the absolute top of their game. All we wanted for our wedding was a party and boy did Shane and the lads give us a PARTY! The dance floor was full all night and the place was rocking!! Harlequin played at our wedding on the 26th August 17 and there aren't enough words in my vocabulary to describe how amazing they were.
True professionals from the start to finish and worth every cent. Everything was pure class, the staging, the lighting, the musicians. The front man Shane is gifted at what he does. Hands down the best band I've seen at a wedding. Shane and the lads played at our wedding in 2016 and again at my friends wedding last night and delivered the concert feel experience on both occasions. Harlequin played for my brothers wedding this weekend (August 2018) and were absolutely super with an electrifying set with everything from rock and roll to pop and swing to the 80s. The best wedding band I've experienced so far and my brother and his new wife also stated they were great to deal with.

My parents are avid dancers and nothing was too much for Shane and the band, they got the few waltz, jives and quick steps in as well as keeping the place rocking. Its rare to see a band that can cater seamlessly to such a varied age group and style but the floor was full all night. It was really appreciated by my family the effort the band went to. They didn't just go through the motions and through in the two or three slow ones just to keep the "auld wans" happy and picked some fantastic tunes with exceptionally smooth segues that keep the whole place on their feet and everyone from our uncles and our friends are all talking about how class the band were.

Highly recommend these guys, top class gear and sound, excellent musicians, a fantastic showman and an amazing night. Thanks again for getting me up for the few songs, if I'd known about it I wouldn't have had so many pints :) More...

It’s so daunting booking a supplier for your biggest day but after seeing Shane and his band at a showcase event we knew we had to have them play at our wedding. Hairs on the back of your neck stuff. They were amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We booked them there and then that night as the first thing we did soon after we got engaged. To say it was the best decision we made will never summarize it properly. Our guests never left the floor that night and still rave about the band as being the best they ever seen. From meeting Shane initially to every other interaction with him and his band since has been nothing short of professional, dedicated and extremely personable. A pleasure to deal with.
