What do you love most about your job?
I love working with many varied clients in bringing about positive first impressions every time to their premises. Be it a one off clean or a 7 day a week contract the WeCare team take a pride in achieving the highest attainable standards in cleanliness and presentation. I also enjoy motivating and supporting my team of operatives within their role as I believe a motivated work force that feel valued will produce better results for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've spent many years operating and managing businesses on behalf of large corporations and felt that I had acquired the skills and knowledge to branch out on my own. I'm very entrepreneurial and believe that with my past experience of being on the client side of the table that I have a firm understanding of what the expectations are that my clients have of a service provider.

We make every effort to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients expectations and then strive to match and hopefully exceed them.
Commercial Cleaning/Office Cleaning
Thorough cleaning to flooring, work stations, washrooms and foyers. You determine the areas you require cleaning and we produce a bespoke specification to deliver the desired end result for you.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Be it a commercial premises or a landlords residential property we'll deliver a thorough clean to prepare the property ready to be let again. We'll agree with you in advance every aspect of the clean so that you're satisfied you're receiving the level of detail you require.
After Builders Clean
We go in as the builders come off site to deliver a thorough clean to include removing work dust and residues thereby preparing the property to be ready to operate within. We offer a service both for commercial and residential after builders cleaning.
Car Park Cleaning
Our operatives will perform cleaning of the car park to a standard that ensures it is ready to receive your customers/employees. We'll devise a bespoke specification that meets with your requirements.
Janitorial Services
WeCare will maintain your premises throughout the day for your clients/customers. Maintaining floors, washrooms and emptying of rubbish bins to ensure your facility remains inviting.
