I'm writing a review since that seems to be the quickest way to get a response from someone who could give me some insight on what's going on with my company's site build through Website Depot. (But, as others have commented, I may just get a lot of hot air and a reply claiming I'm not actually a customer...) <br><br>Truth is, I commissioned a site with Website Depot (then "Websites Depot" on Sunset Blvd) in early June 2019. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and this is also in the contract. It's December 2nd and the site is not near complete and it seems impossible to get a straight answer on what's going on. Everything gets mediated through the project manager (Alan) and there's always a new excuse for the delay, but promises that the final pieces are simple and will be ready in a day or so. I have missed a lot of business opportunities because of them. It's incredibly frustrating. I could go on in greater detail and I have also had issues with other services of theirs, however, I am giving them an opportunity now to make this right before going into it all. More...

Where shall I begin. This "company" is unorganized and has no empathy for there clients. When you call everyone is so busy and you never receive a clear answer on the progress of your project. I've spoken with Alan and several other people over 6 months and have been told I would receive a call back after paying $3,000 for marketing for my cosmetics line and still no progress. When you call it sounds like a call center and you can hear deals being discussed in the background. I can only imagine the work culture at this place. I've had several meetings and the "ceo" Danny always presents himself as a expert. He can barley straighten up his collar and hide the sent of cheap booze and pot on his suit blazer. I'm in a current legal battle with this company over them not keeping their word from a contract I signed in May 2018. THE OWNER DANNY STAR IS A REAL MONSTER <br><br>During his phone call with my husband (which was recorded, Danny was extremely aggressive and unprofessional over the phone, threatening my husband to sue him because the project is taking too long, we immediately called the police and filled a police report for his behavior, he was insulting and yelling out loud over the phone. <br><br>Website depot breach the warranty which caused serious harm that prevented us to conduct our business. <br><br>The website haven't been launched on the timely manner as mentioned in the contract, the quality of work was extremely poor and behavior scary from the owner DANNY STAR. <br><br>We have evidence as his own employees that acknowledge the work situation and that we haven't received the job that we desired. First things first.  If you are looking for customer service, THIS IS NOT the place to be. In the first three months, I was shuffled between four different account managers.  And one did not know what the other was doing.  They never bothered to ask in-depth questions about my business.  And Danny, the owner, was upset when I asked that they come out to my office to meet me.  He talks a mile a minute and thinks he is impressing you, but in actuality is just covering his mistakes with fast talk.<br><br>Plus when you call the person you are talking with is in a room with others talking (like a credit card call center), so they have to talk over the other voices. On the scale of 1-10 on customer service, they definitely get a minus 5!! <br><br> And when it comes to SEO that is a joke too.  The owner Danny supposedly wrote a book with a title the secrets of SEO.  He is right.  It is a secret and he has not told his employees about it.
