The top things that rank a website as great for me are: 1) responsive design with intuitive usability, 2) engaging, well written, original content, 3) great brand integration presented in a pleasing, minimalist design, 4) a site that has hosting specifications designed around peak traffic for extremely fast page loading.

• Describe your business or organization

• What features do you need the site to have
• How can we keep the project on track to completion
• Who are your competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them
• What is the scope of the project - milestones, deadline, budget, main contact, establishing lines of communication
Describe your creative process.
Detail client needs, research ideas and layouts, wireframe or build a test site layout with core elements, style system with branding elements, prototype site in test environment
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Purpose of the site, domain name options, sections/pages/features outline, decide on development platform/hosting
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creation process and all the small details that add up to a fast, beautiful site that my clients are proud to own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had had enough of the corporate creative agency life and wanted more flex time so I could support a 4th generation family farming operation on a part time basis every fall.

20 years of web development - I have seen a lot in my career and work hard to learn new methodologies. I have been a sessional instructor for a local university teaching their web courses.
