I am a Performance Nutritionist based in Chester. I utilise my years of experience with elite and recreational athletes to ensure you achieve your performance and body composition goals. I provide extensive advice and support that is tailored to your needs. Services are available both in-person (based in Chester) and remotely via phone, Skype, FaceTime and email. It is my passion to help people develop a healthy relationship with food for long term sustainable eating habits to achieve their full potential.
