Our realtor, Traci Etherton, was outstanding. She was very patient and tolerant of this grumpy old man. She was far more involved and helpful in the process than the seller's realtor, Joseph Benes, which I highly recommended him finding another line-of-business or to retire as from the beginning of the process until the end was an excellent example of what not to do and why, with Realtors like him, home buyers are weary of purchasing a home. From start to finish, Banny Lim was so helpful. He supported us as we left our long time home to a rental town-home. We didn't want to sacrifice our standards and pay a lot more for it (kind of impossible). Anyway, Banny went at it like it was an easy challenge and near where we were. He took it down (A quality property) and got lower rents. You want to do business with this guy. Even though he didn't get paid much, he understood, you gotta "do what's right!" It all comes back. I have been investing in real estate since 2004, Stephen the owner/broker and his team have helped me by over purchase approx 24 homes since that date, he has always told me to walk away from property deals if he thinks it will not make any sense to purchase. That is a sign of a good company and agent. I have purchased a few Commercial properties, but residential homes is my retirement.
