I was initially concerned that the low cost of Web Spinner's web design service would be reflected in the result, however, I decided that whatever they came up with would be better than what I had so I went ahead. I was pleasantly surprised with the result. Given that I basically said "here's my current website, please do something better with it" I am more than happy. In addition to having a site which now looks professional I have also been able to drop an expensive email service and have a decent presence on google - something I was totally unable to achieve by myself. I have found Web Spinner UK to be very responsive to messages and have been able to tweak things about after the initial release with no fuss at all.
