WEB & APP SOLUTIONS LIMITED

I engaged Web & Apps to developing a webpage for me in January 2019. I felt it was important to promote small businesses like mine. I paid the full years fee payment in advance and this included website security (a service that I later discovered that I never got). Initially, their service appeared good and Ms Caroline Phansi responded to contact. I started experiencing significant problems with the webpage within 3 -4 months (the webpage came up with an error or could not be located). I was asked to pay for website security for the second time- thank God I did not release another penny! Ms Phansi and her colleague Edward’s response became sporadic after about 5 months. By November/December 2019, the responses were close to none. The email addresses linked to the domain stopped working and I learnt that Ms Phansi had registered the domain in her company name. She did not attempt to resolve the issues in any shape of form. I asked her to transfer the domain to my name, but she chose not to respond to my messages. All my messages were professional and respectful. I was never rude to her or her colleague so she had no reason whatsoever not to respond.
This led me to engage Nominet and lawyers, unsurprisingly she still did not respond to them. Instead, I received an invoice from Web & Apps demanding a payment for 2020. This was perplexing because in a way they owed me a refund as I never got webpage security despite paying for it and I only got probably less than half the service that I paid for. Today, I am pleased because Nominet has transferred the domain name into my name. To date, Ms Phansi has not refunded me even a small percentage of my money. After losing my website Web & Apps solutions came to my rescue, they designed me a new website which was way better than my previous one. They are very professional,creative and work very closely with you they just don't create a website they also give you advice and suggestions on what's good for your website depending with what your company does.I would definitely recommend their services and they are worth every penny.
