During the appointment, Rob found the cause of the problem and replaced a broken ac part inexpensively, plus gave some useful maintenance tips and approximately how long the ac would last for until it needed replacement. This company is very trustworthy with exceptionally honest and friendly employees. We used them to put in a new furnace, thermostats, and air purification system.
From the sale to installation, everything went well.
Pandit was professional, knowledgeable and friendly when he came to give me the estimate and discuss our options for equipment. He also followed up to make sure that we were satisfied after installation.
Wonder was also very professional and knowledgeable and friendly checking in to make sure installation process went well and the equipment was performing correctly. The installers were very nice and explained exactly what they were going to do before they started. They cleaned up when they were done and showed us how the new system works and the differences we should see in the performance when compared to the older system.
We have used weather makers nyc for several years and will continue to be loyal customers when we need maintenance or repairs

OUTSTANDING Service. My husband and I had the heat go out on us in single digit temperature around the new years Holiday. We called about 7 different technicians and no one even picked up their phone
. Lucy was always available and genuinely concerned about our well being.
Ther service techs that came out were very friendly and did not try and over sell us anything. Even afterwards when we were working on the quote for what PTAC unit to go with they were very willing to help provide less expensive options for us which was important since we just moved into a new apartment experiencing many costs with that.
Lucy and her team were always helpful and went above and beyond from a service perspective trying to find different units that were available sooner than the one we wanted given the situation.
I would tell people to only call them. You don't need to look any further than Weathermakers and Lucy. 5+ Stars!!
