What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding aspect of being a coach is knowing I can make positive differences in the lives of individuals and small business owners. What I love most about my work is seeing my clients thrive in their personal and professional life. My proven coaching tools, techniques, methodologies and systems set people free from stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and it moves me to give my all. I love that I can lead, influence and direct clients and small businesses to make clear decisions that lead to better results for them today and in the future. I love to coach my clients to enhance the quality of their lives, develop a greater balance between their external goals and the internal lives they long for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was my passion for helping others live their best life possible. My first coach was the late Dottie Walters, she is the author of the book, Speak and Grow Rich. Dottie was the first person I hired to be a coach and discovering how to be the best speak that I could be led to me becoming a coach. The wisdom and experience Dottie shared with me about excelllence as a speaker carried over to me as a trainer, coach and author. I left my 9-5 job to start my professional development company and I've never looked back, entrepreneurship is a way of life for me and I share this with my clients and other small businesses.
