WeAdU

I'm the CMO of COCOLI.com, an online marketplace of secondhand furniture and design. We engaged web marketing company WeAdu a year ago after launching the startup, to manage our Google Ads, and we are happy to give them a five-star review. Measuring our success over this period, especially the last six months, we have achieved a ten-fold sales increase. This I feel can be attributed directly to how our company is communicated to the market and the effectiveness of the WeAdu-directed campaigns. Most importantly, the relationship that COCOLI has built with WeAdu over this period is strong and based on trust. In the beginning, WeAdu invested the necessary amount of time in our business to align our web strategy for us, and now all their foundation work is paying off. We are very satisfied with our ROAS which for almost every month last year was on target, thanks to the WeAdu team, who eagerly tracked and reported our progress every month. One of the most satisfying aspects of our partnership with WeAdu is how we work together, they feel like an extension of our business, and they celebrate our success. They are easy to communicate with and go the extra mile for us. As a concept, being an online business selling secondhand designer furniture is a challenging job, and our web marketing must be focused and maximally effective. While we offer design fans to shop & sell their preloved furnitureat COCOLI, we need to stand by our values of authenticity, speed and sustainability. All these values, what we offer, and how we operate must be communicated on the web. Since we launched our website in January 2022, paid and organic traffic to the site has increased enormously. WeAdu is helping us get the message across, helping ensure that our landing pages are properly paired with our ads. This has helped reduce the bounce rates for certain of our landing pages. WeAdu is approachable and the type of company that strives to make a brand successful, even if it means adapting to each company individually. The best is that all actions are measurable and as we grow together, we continuously improve our reporting, feedback and optimization strategies. As we build our partnership into the future, I have asked that we move our knowledge and understanding of our web strategy to another level. In 2023 we will focus on deeper analysis of our post-click performance metrics and stronger insight and understanding of our existing and prospective customers, to optimize our conversion rates and ROAS further. . With the regular modifications by Google and its webmaster tools, we feel that WeAdu is always up to date with the changes - so we really feel that this part of our performance strategy is in great hands with them. I've worked with WeAdU for ten years, and they have exceeded my expectations for yet another year. The team increased our eCommerce revenue generated from Google Ads by over 25% compared to 2021! This is a positive outcome, considering the changing economic landscape of online shopping and the fact that most of my competitors saw a decline in sales this year due to the Covid situation in China.The team's response time and the work that goes into our campaigns are some of the many reasons we continue working together. 2022 was a challenging year for our account as we experienced more than a quarter without growth when Google forced us to replace our Smart Shopping campaigns with PMax campaigns. Even if it's never pleasant to go through a period of decreased activity, the experience has taught us to trust WeAdU and be patient with our campaigns. This time, it paid off. Jeff and his team tried numerous methods and never gave up searching for a solution, and they eventually discovered it in September. Since then, our campaigns have been experiencing growth that more than made up for the sluggish previous quarter. They managed to do this by creating a script that automatically shifts our products from one campaign to another on a daily basis, based on their ROAS. They refer to this system as RPLS. It was inspiring to witness the growth of WeAdU as an agency. Until 2021, Jeff had been almost single-handedly managing our account, which was always a cause of stress for us when he was away or unavailable. We now feel much more secure knowing he has a whole team behind him. Although the team is still developing, I have given WeAdU 4 stars as we had a significant tracking issue that took some time to resolve. My marketing team is delighted to have WeAdU as our paid search partner. Jeff, Fabio, Max, and Malala constantly go above and beyond for us, and we feel well taken care of. We have just started with the team and they are still working their strategies, but so far so good. I will update as things change. UPDATE: They said they performed an analysis and results were not as expected and said either I had to start paying a monthly fee of $445 or end collaboration. I decided to end and use our previous ad campaigns, and our ads are doing great now by just managing them myself, Cost per acquisition is lower, overall transactions are up, and CPC is low. I wish more time would have been spent in the account, because they did not realize the potential, they only set 3 campaigns and never really touched them after that, and they never ended up doing well.
