If you are looking for a personal trainer who helps you gets the results you want and adapts their approach to you, then Raphael is the PT for you. I have always hated going to a PT’s that you get at other gyms as they seem to have a one program fits all approach. They also didn’t seem to be interested in someone who was not a “gym bunny”. Raphael is not like that at all. He listened to my concerns and has never made me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend him.

Having given birth to my son in January this year I knew I wanted to get back in shape as soon as I could. I was brought a voucher for We Train You Gain as a Christmas present and after a 6 week check I went along for my first session. Well, I was absolutely shattered and amazed after my first session. The knowledge that Raph had on postpartum fitness amazed me. Not only did he understand the effect pregnancy had on my fitness he also offered me so much advice on how to achieve my goals. Needless to say I’m now 7 weeks into my training with them and I feel as fit as I did before pregnancy. There are also noticeable changes to my appearance and I’m feeling more toned every week. I couldn’t recommend We Train You Gain enough If you’re looking for a personal trainer who knows what they’re talking about and is determined as you are to help you achieve your goals.

Raph is a great trainer. I have been working with him for just over 2 months. I have lost over 1 stone and several inches from everywhere.

The best thing is that Raph doesn't just help me lose weight, he helps my body get stronger. I had my son 2 years ago and naturally, my body is weaker but I also sustained some knee injuries before then.

Raph helps identify when my body is "cheating" and to help me correct that so both sides of my body grow evenly in strength.

I feel much fitter, look better and feel stronger.

Raphael my trainer discussed with me what I wanted to achieve body wise and then looked at exercises I can and cant do. He also discussed nutrition and diet with me again taking into account foods I like and don't to help make it easy to set a plan I can stick to. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

Diet is key to somebody's health and well-being. "They say its 60% in the kitchen and 40 % fitness"
We Train You Gain will help with Diet plans and also Diet advice in your Pt sessions, or with our new Nutrition Adviser.
We use a lot of different technologies to help keep you on the path of a healthy diet.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Firstly i Listen to the clients thoughts on the areas of their bodies they are most unhappy about. then i will discuss with them how i can design a programme specifically tuned to their needs, offering professional advice as I see fit.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret to achieving a better body. just take advice from a professional. Target the areas that need improvement.
Adopt an all round toning and fitness programme coupled with a sensible diet. Keep to those main points and together we can achieve a new you.

What do you love most about your job?

It's so satisfying to be able to build up in a client the belief and confidence that they truly can be healthier fitter and look better. It gives me a real buzz to make this happen. And if a client has a had an illness and are unsure of themselves, i can gently help them train back to fitness and self-belief. A win,win situation all round!!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and always enjoyed meeting and helping people. i decide by working for myself i would offer a more personal environment whereby I can dedicate my time solely on a one to one basis.

Why should our clients choose you?

Working With me the client is immediately put at ease and is able to freely discuss their desired objectives. Not everyone likes to train in a noisy, busy environment with crowds of people. My sole aim is to help the client achieve their goals by motivating and inspiring them throughout their fitness journey. And they will be amazed by how much better they feel and look and how enjoyable the experience can be.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is the process to regain full function following injury and involves restoring strength, flexibility, endurance and power. It is achieved through various exercises and drills. Rehabilitation is as important as treatment following an injury but unfortunately is often overlooked. The aim of a rehabilitation program is to regain pre-injury levels in all aspects of physical fitness. Circuit Training -

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or Endurance training/resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

· Organise and manage of six week programmes for Disabled clients · Building fitness programmes based on medical records · Reporting on clients’ fitness history and lifestyle on their individual course. · Giving mental and physical support throughout their programme · To help plan and find suitable premises. · Help mentor other instructors to pass there level 2 Gym and I.F.I level2 · Has advised and supplied key material to the GP commissioning group. · Written protocols on how people, however disabled, can access fitness centres owned by NBC: · Has been very active within the ‘ inclusive fitness initiative’, writing, discussing and advising on the expansion of the initiative and it’s implementation nationwide · Has been very active in pressing for the expansion of the services for MS sufferers in Northamptonshire to become more active and access services, including physiotherapy that is available.

We are trained first aid teachers and teach companies a regular First Aid techniques from the basic to advanced. we also run First Aid qualifications as well.

we are currently working on an on-line service to run on-line for clients that live far away or just need hand holding for the nutritional requirements and we can help them with nutritional advice and eating plans. The online service will also motivate you and help train your mind.
