I had never used a cleaning service before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had reached out to a few different companies and Veselka from We Mean Clean responded quickly with a quote and helped me set up an appointment at a time that worked for me. The young woman who came to clean my house was kind, courteous, and hardworking. She did an amazing job and my house has never been cleaner. They have done an amazing job! My previous cleaning lady that I had for years cancelled on me last minute and Veselka came through ASAP! I've only once hired a home cleaning service when I had a coupon, but I'm glad I made the leap to have a regular cleaning service. I found We Mean Clean via Yelp and chose them because they had the largest number of positive reviews of cleaning services in my area.Recently, I took on a full-time job, and in addition to some other side gigs I have, this left me with basically one day off a week. I was starting to get really frustrated and hopeless about the state of my home. When I called We Mean Clean, Veselka returned my message right away. Booking was convenient and easy via text. I've had We Mean Clean staff at my place three times now, and each time they arrive on time and do a great job. The staff are positive and friendly, and they do a thorough job. I feel so relieved now that I am able to outsource some of my most time-consuming home tasks, and I will be continuing to use We Mean Clean for their services.The rates are reasonable -- $25 per hour per cleaning staff. For my two bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment that also has a basement area, the total came out to about $150 per time. Veselka accepts Chase Quickpay, which made payment easy as well. More...

I really loved how Natasha cleaned my house ! She was cleaning every detail and I felt like I was in a luxurious hotel spa after she was done ! Great, prompt service! Veselka was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. I called just a couple days prior and she was able to send a cleaner over, who came on time and did a hell of a job in about 3 hours for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I have used 7 different cleaning services through out Chicago, including the big business ones like Merry Maids. We Mean Clean is hands down the best their is in the City of Chicago. Veselka is great to work with over the phone, and it is incredibly convenient to text during the day to set up appointments. She is a neighborhood business owner, and being from Jefferson park I can respect paving your own path in pursuit of a dream. I have my own business as well, and the customer service is second to none. Now, let's talk about the cleaning. I have 2 dogs and both my wife and I travel for work, so when we are home we don't want to think about having to scrub hardwood floors. EVERY SINGLE cleaning lady that has been sent over by We Mean Clean has been a rockstar. They really exemplify the phrase "the Devil's in the details."  Floors, counters, shelves, lamp shades all taken care of. If you ask nicely, they will even help you do some light dishes. I needed someone to help me stay on top of cleaning and tried calling several cleaning services in the area. All of them took a while to get back to me and quoted crazy prices that I'd never be able to afford on a regular basis. We Mean Clean answered my call the first time and can even come on Sundays! So many services won't come Sunday, but that's really the only day of the week that works well for me. They do a thurough job, are always on time, use the cleaning supplies I provided and prefer, and are very friendly and kind. The best part is that they have a very reasonable rate! I needed to find my elderly Uncle a cleaning service, that was reliable, efficient, and affordable.  I called several services and either waited days, for a return call, or was quoted a ridiculous amount for what was needed.  I decided to check Yelp, for cleaning services in the Portage area and there it was We Mean Clean. How could you not love that name?!? I called on Sunday afternoon and left a message thinking I would get a call the following day.  I was text within 15 minutes of my initial phone call.  Within the following 15 minutes, my Uncle was scheduled for today Tuesday @ 10:00 a.m.Pepe arrived early. Smiling, friendly and happy to meet my Uncle. Her supplies and change of shoes, at the ready.  We discussed what needed to be done and off she went.  Every corner of the home was shining.  He was most happy that the kitchen floor was not only clean,  Pepe also dried it before leaving the kitchen.  I knew that he was very pleased with her work when he set up his next appointment and for every 2 weeks there after :)After she left, my uncle walked through the house and said Pepe did an incredible job! They did a remarkable job. We were moving into our new place and I called day of...hoping I could get someone in there to give my new home a scrub down before the movers came. ..thinking this would be impossible since I would basically need them to come right then. Sure enough they were able to help me out and send a wonderful lady named peppy to clean and she left my house spotless. I wish I could keep her!! They were so nice when I called and also checked in after she had left to see how it looked. We were so impressed. She scrubbed out oven. Which looked horrible and is now like new. Bathrooms looked great and so did the floors. No complaints. It's hard to find good cleaners but we happen to get lucky that morning and stumbled across "we mean clean" on yelp. I was looking for a regular service to sign up for to get bi-weekly cleanings for our home. I emailed several other services and literally never got a response. The owner of We Mean Clean was very prompt and professional in contacting me back after my inquiry. She was very clear on the duties performed by her cleaners, and literally had someone at my home on a Sunday afternoon three days later.Now I literally felt bad for the person coming over to clean! Work had been hectic and I knew our house needed a LOT of deep cleaning!! The woman was VERY quick and efficient, and had the entire place immaculate in under 3 hours. I was very impressed with how much she was able to accomplish in such a small amount of time. I also appreciated how the first appt being an hourly charge, she still worked quickly!The owner called me within 30 minutes of the cleaner leaving to ensure that I was happy. The customer service is impeccable!  This company is owned by a woman named Veselka who is great at communicating and ensuring your happiness with their service.  My wife and I have been in search of good cleaners since we moved here 3 1/2 years ago.  We have tolerated mediocrity for quite some time now.  Finally, we pulled the trigger and began our search for a new cleaner.  I stumbled upon We Mean Clean and requested a quote.  The price was right (about $30 cheaper than what I was paying), so I had them come out.  After the first cleaning, Veselka promptly called to see how it went.  I told her there were a few things that I assumed would be done that were not (IE, cleaning the microwave, toaster oven, and cook top).  She was very apologetic and scheduled a free cleaning to make up for it.  The subsequent cleaning was excellent, and we have been with them ever since.  The cleaning continues to be great, and Veselka continues to please.  I would highly recommend this company to my friends.
