Last year I had a weekly personal training session with Jackie included with this was a weekly accountability call for six months. . With Jackie’s support I lost the weight I wanted, felt stronger and fitter and broke my bad diet habits. A year on I’ve kept the weight off, I’m training for a 10K and feel educated and in control. I’m really pleased with the results, I’d say the coaching part was as important as doing the workouts. More...

I was losing a battle with my weight loss once again! The motivation was not coming and then one day i came across Jackie's advert on facebook. So i thought let me at least call her! When she told me about doing bootcamp in the morning i thought forget that and made an excuse that i would call her back. But then i did rearrange to meet her and that was the best thing i did. I am a new person now. I follow the healthy eating plan Jackie gave me. I have learnt to cook in a different way. I exercise with Jackie and by myself at home! I have lost alot of weight and my body has gone down at least 3 sizes! It has taught me to be organised aswell! I feel so much healthier and stronger. I'm so glad that i found her! Jackie is a calm and collective person and doesn't make you do anything you're not comfortable with. She calls me once a week as part of my accountability and i look forward to speaking to her! I am definitely a reluctant fitness person. I told Jackie the only reason I wanted a personal trainer was in preparation for my wedding day. I think in the first month I moaned and groaned through every session but Jackie persevered with me. But overtime and with her guidance and support I was able to reach my goal and change my attitude towards exercise. And now I have enrolled for reformer pilates classes and try to attend at least once a week. Best of all I look trimer and more toned for my wedding day next week. Would highly recommend her. Jackie is a very motivating and patient trainer. It has taken time but she has never given up on me. I have followed Jackies plan and have lost over 3 stone. I am still losing but now exercise is becoming a lifestyle. I recommend Jackie because you get so much value from her not just around weight loss. If you have an ailment or are not feeling well she will recommend different things that she believes will help. I have also been to her classes as well which are hard but fun. I always wanted to be in the fitness industry but did 21 years in health and social care. As health and social care was no longer about the individual and that individuals change at their own speed and no level of targets were going to get clients to change. I knew that it was time to build my own business where I could support and encourage clients at their own pace to make a change that would support their own dreams and goals.

Cause I'm amazing joke! I really care about anyone who comes to work with me. I not only care I want to be able to help and encourage to make a change I want to be able to celebrate the change that they have made successfully even if there have been bumps in the road to get there.
