It is very difficult to find staff who are honest, reliable and full of integrity with any retailer these days... these guys are absolutely brilliant. Sincerely authentic and want to provide the best customer service. They did a diagnostic on my computer by the time they said they would, and offered a solution with confidence and a three year warranty. They did not try to sell me extra things I did not need, nor did they try any fear mongering to make me spend more money. They were flexible with timings, understood my needs and concerns as a customer, and summarised/explained what they did which is really helpful when you one can be naturally reluctant to pay for repairs - and so it helped me justify the cost for sure! This is a fantastic company. Really efficient. Within one hour they came to my work place, fixed the phone, replaced the screen and put on a new screen saver plus did a quick health check on my phone and warned me that my battery was on it's way out. In my opinion web designers/maintenence are like doctors; you seldom get the same opinion or service. After being let down countless of times by previous website management companies we were recommended to We Fix by one if our clients. We have been using them for over a year now and have been exceptionally pleased with their service. They manage our entire website and Google Ad campaigns. Interestingly, they have managed to get our website to page one of Google, organically, without the expense of SEO intervention. They always return calls and deal with matters in a proficient and professional manner. We pay a fixed monthly fee, which is much less than our previous providers and in my opinion for a far superior service. Absolute legends. I messaged last night about my laptop screen, they gave me a quote and came out today to me and picked it up, dropped it off less than a hour later, so amazing. My dad's in hospital so I need my daughter who's asd and sensory to have it for the weekend, as she wouldn't of coped. Definitely will be using them again, so polite and friendly also. I was using my PC to render some footage when suddenly it turned off and would not restart, went to another company (Before I found We Fix Bedford) who wanted to charge over £60 to just look at it plus they said it would take around 2 Weeks.

The Guys at We Fix Bedford found and fixed the fault within a few hours. Outstanding service and advice. They are now the only shop I will use for any tech repairs.

Excellent honest service overall. After 4 weeks, paying a fortune and receiving back x2 Macbooks from Currys with no work completed (reliable High Street name says the wife! ) We went to We Fix Bedford on recommendation. One Mac with liquid damage and the other a hard drive problem. The diagnosis and solution offered was quick and with in half the time and half the price with no fuss insurance and transport add ons we had the repaired Macbooks delivered to us at home (data recovery, new hard drive and new keyboard).
