I asked We clear junk to come and clear a huge amount of waste from our offices in central London. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. On the day of the job Yanni and David turned up exactly when they said they would. They were both very personable, professional and flexible. Very friendly and polite guys who showed up to clear the building waste. Hazum, Alex A and Cristian are definitely an asset to their company and they should be proud of them and their service to customers.

The guys went beyond the call of duty to ensure that the sensitive building management requirements are met and respected.

I do have to note that there was a slight misunderstanding when I requested a fridge (which was outside of our original agreement) to be also disposed of but was not happy with the price I was quoted for that single item as it is considered a hazardous material. I was informed over the phone that it was at cost; so I did not go ahead and left the fridge in the premises ... but was quite disappointed about the inflexibility of it all.

Having said that, I was called back later in the day by their customer operations manager Marion, and have to say that she was fantastic in clearing up the misunderstanding and has definitely restored my faith in the company.

WeClearJunk are an excellent company and have not only understood our business needs but eager to help too! I emailed Yanni, our account manager and within a few minutes I had a call to discuss costs and timings etc. I then received an email to confirm it all, along with the other waste services they provide. It was very clear and we were happy to proceed with what was quoted. We were then more than happy to use them on the next job and will continue to do so.
I was given a call, a text and an email to advise when the guys would be on site to collect the rubbish, so the level of communication from the start has been brilliant!
Yanni has been a great contact within the company and his willingness to get on board with an internal system we use to record jobs has been so helpful and refreshing. 100% would recommend WeClearJunk!! More...
