My website basically sucked. Ryan explained and showed me that it did not look right on phones. I knew I wanted a new design, but did not realize how bad I needed it. They listened to my ideas and produced a very nice end product. My site is now looks great on phones and they even added a few features to make sure I get the most out of every visitor on my site. I am a restaurant owner with 3 locations so I need marketing services that actually work. I could care less about seo and all that mumbo jumbo. I am very happy with the big footprint or digital footprint, sorry I cannot remember the name, all I know is it works. The Facebook marketing alone is responsible for increasing my annual revenue. I get approached by marketers all of the time pitching their services to me, I have two chiropractic practices and I have already been burned once with useless social media posting and SEO. I was convinced to give them a try because of a free reputation/review trial and a digital footprint trial. I almost deleted the messages from them because it sounded too good to be true. There is normally no such thing as a "free" trial. However, I was pleasantly surprised, they did exactly what they said they would do and things worked like they said. To be honest I cannot believe they offer this stuff free up front. In the end, I committed to both services and it has been 5 months. The results have been fantastic. I have collected a ton of reviews, I am able to get in touch and market to previous patients and they are steadily bringing in new patients to both of my practices. I found them on Thumbtack among a lot of consulting professionals. Ever since the beginning they've always stood out to me. Ryan was very responsive and worked with me and my budget as well. At the end, he over delivered on the services he provided. Which saved me $1000s of dollars of what I would've paid anyone else. He's very personable and caters to your specific needs. Are they professional - Yes
Do they get results - Yes

Detailed review - Even though my company at the time was large enough to outsource marketing, I still insisted on doing it ourselves. Enter, Ryan. He contact me via email and offered some great points regarding my online presence. I dismissed his email after reading it, but he followed up again and I replied. We spoke on the phone and we started out with a only social media marketing. Mainly Facebook and Instagram. To be honest I really did not know what to expect. Fast forward one year, I was so happy and am so happy that we are now contracting multiple services through WDS. We are mainly focused on Facebook Instagram and Google because that is what Ryan recommended after the marketing research, which was very thorough btw.

Ryan and the team at WDS Pros has went above and beyond for us. The transparency of this company is a breath of fresh air after all of the BS SEO and marketing emails we get bombarded with on a daily basis. Believe it or not, they actually did everything that they said they would do. They first proved the SEO results that they could get, did research for us and then presented us with several options. The option we chose was the Digital Footprint as this is their main offering. It is much more affordable monthly since we are essentially renting the results, but the cost savings coupled with results have been wonderful. I highly recommend this diamond in the rough company!
