I was referred to WCSS by my neighbor , for having too many issues with our roof. After talking to their specialist, I have decided to redo my entire roof again, and do not repair as some others suggested, for almost the same price. They ripped our old roof out and replaced it with a new shingle roof. All of my friends and neighbors complimented me for this wonderful look. Haim, the project coordinator, was fantastic to work with throughout the project. He was always available to answer questions. Haim was genuinely kind and helpful. When they found a problem with the existing condition of a wall, he made sure it was fixed properly. Some of his crew could have had better supervision, but when an error occurred, Haim made sure that it was not only corrected but went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. John, the electrician, was also accommodating and friendly. He explained the work he did and answered all of my questions. I wanted to update the commercial kitchen in a restaurant I recently took over. I selected WCSS Construction for this project because of its responsiveness and genuine interest in helping me bring this kitchen back to life. Haim, the project coordinator, was fantastic to work with throughout the project. He was always available to answer questions. The electrician’s crew of WCSS upgraded our panel from 100A to 200A. Very professional, nice and quite. Very fast and afficiant. They did opening in the drywall all around the house. They sent another crew to do thedrywall repairs, which came out perfect, same exact texture as the rest of the wall. Repainted it, and looks like nothing ever happened. Only 5 stars to WCSS. We moved to our new Oakland home a year ago. We had some foundation issues. Our neighbour recommended us to contact WCSS Construction. We did so, and we’re so happy about it. We booked an appointment, which they arrived on time, and knew exactly what to look into. The quote we got from them was very good, not the cheapest, but for sure, it’s probably the best. We have a corporate office in San Francisco. The building in which our office is located is very old, so the board decided to give it a face lift. We contacted few contractors, it took some of them few weeks to provide a bid, others just didn’t feel right for us, but WCSS were so positive, put it all on the table, and provided a very detailed bid in 4 days. They took all our ideas and did exactly what we wanted. The old smelly carpets got removed, and replaced with light floor, the bathrooms are much wider, white and bright, LED lights all around, new techy kitchen. Outstanding. I replaced the cabinets & countertops in both kitchen and bathroom. A friend recommended WCSS Construction. They are great people to work with from A to Z. They recommended us with couple of places to choose the countertops, and they really ended up being cheaper and faster. We had few more small things to repair around the house, they fixed it all! If you need countertops, kitchen cabinets to be installed , or probably any other small or big issue, I would highly recommend WCSS Construction. WCSS Construction did an outstanding job. The project involved excavating a lot of turf and roots from the backyard at a very limited access area to our backyard. The guys were extremely professional and hardworking. The results were great and they have installed our new drainage system pretty fast.
