KC & staff did an amazing job catering my wedding - especially considering we had to bump the whole event up by 36 hours to beat the arrival of Hurricane Irene! I still cannot believe how smoothly everything went - literally the calm before the storm. Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and delightful, professional staff. I was so impressed, I am currently planning my 40th birthday bash with West Bay Gourmet. If KC could keep me stress-free during my hurricane wedding, I know she'll make the big four-oh a happy event! I cannot say enough good things about KC and WBG!! They were professional, attentive, accommodating and all around fabulous. I can't imagine my wedding going as perfect without them there to help make it that way! They are not only caterers but act as wedding coordinater. Their food is beyond delicious! If your looking to do something better than your traditional wedding food, they are your people! They grilled steak, chicken and fish to perfection. Their couscous and pasta was out of this world! So many compliments on the food and they go above and beyond. We dropped off all of our decorations (and there was a ton of them!!) and they set everything up so perfectly. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. I don't live in Rhode Island but I will continue to recommend them any chance I get!! West Bay handled the catering for our wedding at The Towers and proved to be an excellent choice! KC and her staff are incredibly professional and reliable. They also frequently work with The Towers and their staff and are resident experts at the venue. We received a lot of compliments on the quality of the food, and without us having a wedding planner they were able to coordinate with the venue and other venues to make the entire evening smooth. KC and West Bay catered our wedding last July at The Towers in Narragansett. They did an incredible job!
They set up all the decorations (a lot for an Asian-themed wedding!
) and packed them all up. KC was available throughout the process to answer questions and give advice.
We had lobster as one of our courses. It had to be brought in by a friend and then cooked en masse outside of The Towers! West Bay handled it smoothly and from the bride and groom's end, it was perfect. Even our family and friend's commented on the quality of the food and the service (yes, even the Italian side was happy!).
I highly recommend KC and West Bay -- you won't be disappointed!
