It was truly magical from Wave Tel .They magically removed all the headaches BT .had caused me when moving over to my new office. I was in a total mess and nearly lost some of the important clients of my Accountancy Practice.I asked Kish from Wave Tel to resolve this contractual issue with BT and give me a phone system so that i could keep my current phone nr and operate smoothly from my new office .Within 10 days ,everything was meticulously organised and the new phone system was installed with the old phone nr.configured on it.They even cancelled the old as well as the new contract with BT and made sure that the service and switchover remained seamless without any downtime during the migrationKish from wave tel personally made sure that everything was perfectly organised so that we could operate without any issues and hiccups.Their Customer support and account management are truly world class and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone .I have no regrets moving away from BT and joining Wavetel after 5 difficult years.with BT (commonly known as the British Terrible Telecom)I am truly pleased and proud of what they did in a short space of time.Kudos to Kish and his support team at Wave Tel for ensuring a smooth transition Sami Accountancy Harrow More...
