Excellent service! Great communication and time keeping. I contacted Watford Pro Valet after a Wheel Refurbishment company had managed to get white overspray on my Red Golf R32. I called WPV as I was really worried about a car I had purchased over the internet. Although it was only a year old it was covered in light surface scratches and had a dull appearance that required immediate professional attention. Zaid Shah took my call and was so helpful and reassuring towards me. He gave me clear guidance in what needs to be done and quoted me over the phone based on what I told him. I instantly knew I was in good hands so booked in with him. Sure enough, the day came and he delivered what was promised. The car looks immaculate and I couldn't be happier with the service. I think even he was shocked how good it came out! Suffice to say that WPV is now maintaining all my cars on a regular basis to keep up the good standard.
