They have great techs and vets, my pup is always greeted and is treated wonderfully, the wait is never too long usually we get right into the room by our scheduled time only 1 time that didnt happen and that was because of an emergency which is completely understandable. I also love the emails and birthday cards we get, today I learned from their email that garlic is toxic to my pet. It's nice to get regular information regarding Daisy's health and what could possibly harm her. More...

A kitten I was fostering had a genetic mutation that made the Corona virus 100% deadly I had no money at the time to pay for a procedure. When I went to see them I didnt know what was going on, they dealt with my crying as I was allowed to make the only hardest decision to not let that kitten suffer any more, when it came time to pay I asked if I could make payments and they assured me that due to these circumstances I would be fine to take her collar home and not worry about it. I want to thank the staff, tech and the doctor for taking good care of my dog. We were here visiting from CT and my Dashund was experiencing issues w ear. They took us in eventhough tthey were booked and I am so thrilled. I can't thank them enough, because now my dog can be more comfortable. I was given this animal hospital phone number since they are the on call get tonight for after hours. I left a message with a clerk and the vet called me back extremely quick! She was very compassionate and gave me several inexpensive options to take care of my baby on my own and that if i was still concerned I could take her to Syracuse to see if there is blockage from the t-bone steaks she took off the counter. She was extremely patient with my thousands of questions! I honestly could not ask for a better vet outside of my baby's regular vet at north country animal health center.
